WikiPattern: "It's on the wiki"
Success of a knowledge base (or any information system) depends on usage.
Need to establish the wiki as the place to go for information.
When asked a question (email, other)
- don't answer the question directly
- point to the answer on the wiki
- if the answer isn't on the wiki
- answer it there and then point to it
Avoid "RTFM" attitudes
