One can put just the <select>...</select> definition into 
the $InputTags['jumpbox'] customization.  Then authors can
set up the form and buttons however they wish using the (:input...:)
markups.  

However, this also means that they have to remember to
add the form and buttons by using the (:input:) markups, and
the pagelist template is a little more complex.
