I'm wondering if anyone has a recipe that display a PDF (or the firstpage) as an image [<a href="http://stackoverflow.com/questions/467793/how-do-i-convert-a-pdf-document-to-a-preview-image-in-php">1</a>],<div>or would this make a good extension to, say, ThumbList.</div>
