There is a script to do this on the PmWiki Cookbook. See
http://www.pmichaud.com/wiki/Cookbook/NavigateUsingRecentChanges

The markup you would write is (it works on any trail page):

  [[trail[10]:RecentChanges]]

For an example using a GroupHeader and

  [[trail[3]:RecentChanges]]
