[Pmwiki-users] Getting rid of pagename=... in the URL

I remember the first time I installed PMWiki I came across some 
instructions that described a method to get rid of the "pagename" from 
the URL line.

e.g. To go from this:

http://my.site.com/index.php?pagename=TechNotes.HomePage

to something like:

http://my.site.com/index.php/TechNotes/HomePage

I think it involved setting something up in my .htaccess files, but I 
can't for the life of me find it in the PMWiki docs or the PMwiki website!

Anyone have any pointers to this info?
