Make sure that you have "AcceptPathInfo On" in your httpd.conf and
$EnablePathInfo = 1 in your local.php.  I think that the default for
pmwiki.php is such that if you don't give $EnablePathInfo a value,
it's the same as if you had set it to a true value, but I'm not sure.
