That's a very good idea. I can set up another CookBook page with these. We
could also include a few buttons in the style (widely used) that Jason
Kottke launched in 2002.

Would anyone care for the source files i.e. the Photoshop-layered files that
would let you modify things? Or should we agree on a few "official" PmWiki
buttons?
