[Pmwiki-users] Q: post a comment to a password-protected page

I have been asked if it's possible to put a text form on a page that requires a password for editing, whereby people can post a comment without having to know the edit password.

Providing a comment box is straightforward.

Is it possible, and if so how, to attach the edit password as a hidden variable to the text form?

Or is there another / better way to achieve this?
