[Pmwiki-users] Initial installation tasks

Scott's question prompts me to ask another--after installing a new
installation of PmWiki (e.g., for the first time), what are the
initial configuration changes that a new administrator will want to make,
and in what sequence?  We can use this list to make a much better
InitialSetupTasks page.

The things I can think of at the moment:
  - replace the logo
  - modify the sidebar
  - set passwords
  - download+install a skin
  - modify the skin
  - ...others?
