Okay, I didn't know about [[noheader]], etc.

So, do the following two statements sound right?

$PageFooFmt contains the chunk of the template between <!--PageFooFmt-->
and the next Page____Fmt comment (eg. <!--PageBarFmt-->) if it exists, or
the end of the file otherwise.

The placement of each variable or portion of the template is entirely
controlled by the template. That is, PageLeftFmt sits to the left,
because that's what the template says, not because v0.6's table based
layout is used. If you put PageLeftFmt on the right, that's where it will
be.

I won't be asking for it. The template system seems nicer. With 0.6, I
could change or disable components of $PageLayoutFmt, but couldn't figure
out how to reorganise the layout of those components. With 0.6.1, if you
confirm my second statement above, I'll just set up the template file the
way I want it.
