[Pmwiki-users] Linking to anchors on other wiki pages

Using anchors within a page is pretty easy, but is there a nice way to link to 
them from another page in the wiki?

Say I have TextPage with:
!!Chapter 2[[#chap2]]

And I have a contents page that is separate , how can I do the equivalent of:
Go to [[TextPage#chap2 chapter 2]]

? Can it be done? It seems like a good thing to have.
