I am ignorant about the considerations to take into account when installing
pmwiki. So this is what the ignorant would like to see as the installation
procedure:

1. Unzip the package, following the instructions, including creating
(copying) a sample config.php.
2. Locate pmwiki.php in the browser and execute it.
3. Pmwiki shows with all its shiny documentation ready, never letting you
down.
4. It first and foremost shows you a page instructing you to verify it is
indeed installed correctly.
5. You make an edit, an upload, set an admin password, or *disable* these
features when set up by default. They could be, so you don't have to add
lines to the config, just *modify* them when they have been proven to work.
6. The edit fails: the issues are explained and the fixperms script is
suggested.
7. A link takes you to PmWikiRescure.FixPerms, the fixperms scripts
executes, adapted to be aware of its new context.
8. FixPerms presents its results and instructs you how to go along.
9. You did not find a solution, or your case is not described: a link takes
you to pmwiki.org and to pmwiki-users at pmichaud.com.

You get it. This is the wiki-way. PmWiki should never present you the blue
screen of death.

Had to get this of my heart :-)
