I chose <h3> to match what was done for the upload messages, although
this is arguably wrong.  OTOH, one has to be careful of div-itis, where
one uses <div> for everything even though there are other markups
available.

Instead of 'wikierror' (because not every message is an "error"),
how about <h3 class='wikimessage'>...</h3> or 
<h3 class='wikiresult'>...</h3> instead, for both edits and 
uploads?
