[Pmwiki-users] mailposts.php and author tracking

I think it would be good if the mailposts script included the author 
with the list of changes. I had a small, pitiful attempt to do it 
myself, but my PHP-fu is really non-existant. (It's on my list of 
things-to-learn, really! Right after Python, Qt and Prolog)
