   I find the current images somewhat annoying as they're rather large, 
at least for the job they're doing.

   I agree that people wouldn't go take the markers off.  The icons 
would be okay if they put in by a [[updated]] mark up that started 
emailing the person who put them there after a week or two.  Too many 
variables though with the date and who updated them (or rather their 
email address), etc.  Be pain to do for not much gain.
