It looks like your windows box is configured with a locale that uses
commas for decimal points instead of periods.  I'd have to go back and
look more closely at the code to figure out what's going on and how
to fix it (the stopwatch was/is a bit of a hack I threw in just to get
some idea of PmWiki's performance outside of server load and Internet
latency issues that sometimes appear with pmwiki.org).
