The problem then would appear to be in self imposed logical flaws in
regards to not allowing for structured growth/evolution in pmwiki's page
structure.  

My daughter had a similar selfimposed flaw when she plays soccer -- "I
can't score a goal, so I must pass it to someone else".   She is a good
passer, but had a block agains't passing into the corner of the goal. 
Guess what, a couple weeks ago she scored a goal, and hasn't stopped since.
She eliminated the self imposed impediment to 'passing into the goal' and
found it wasn't all that hard to score. Go figure...
