[Pmwiki-users] Making headings follow CSS

I only really want to eliminate the double linebreak following the header. I
don't know of a way in HTML or CSS to strip a header of that double
linebreak. Does anyone know if that's possible? The goal with this all is to
make ! match bold, normal text so it can be used as a small subheading and
still be automatically counted as a header for the Table of Contents script.
