Aloha, Stan...

Its working here... both one OSX and Linux RedHat. but I've been 
working off line closely with Pierre Trouzeau for the past two weeks 
hammering out upgrades to buildForms... it's working great now   I 
don't if he has upgraded the version available on PMWiki...
