[pmwiki-users] Still troubles with UTF-8 characters in WikiLinks

 From my experience with utf-8, (some) browsers have the capacity to 
override the charset settings in the meta tags and headers. Also, some 
platforms (e.g. MacOS prior to X), did/do not handle any sort of unicode 
(well).
