OK, let me think about it.  It will partially depend upon how the
community decides the FAQ page should work.

Where the bold gets ugly is when the question isn't pithy.  If there's
some restraint with the questions the bold might be fine.

The style should be something that's likely to work with a wide
variety of skins.

Does it make sense to leave the current scheme essentially intact and
just start using something else?  That wold avoid unpleasant breakage
of existing sites.

The more I consider it, the more a(n) FAQ page that works like the one
at http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/faq seems extremely useful.
