IMO - you've provided an superb example of precisely what we need to 
move *away*
from.

FAQ's are a form of technical writing that demands attention to the details to
best assist our audience in making the information useful.  In this case, we
have to pay attention to: content, structure and visual presentation.

The example you provide is very cluttered in appearance, and doesn't give the
viewer/reader an easy method for navigating the information.

The ability to have a TOC of questions, outdent / indent / nest / etc. the
answers is an important aspect of structuring the content being presented.
Things like visual links will help us guide users to the precise information
they need.

So, I'm guessing we're going to agree to disagree on this one...:)
