Actually -- as a writer, I would prefer if ! would specify the page  
title UNLESS overridden by the (:title:)

It's cumbersome to specify both for every page you don't want the  
title to be the CamelCasePageName (or Came Case Page Name Spaced).

Also, such a thing would make it worth my while to run around and  
change every !! to a !
