[pmwiki-users] Editing the Site.SideBar

For beta54, use the admin password.  (See 
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/PasswordsAdmin for details about
setting the admin password.)

In beta55 (not yet released), the Site.SideBar will come unlocked by
default.
