I think the relevant dc element is 'modified' which refines the 'date'
element. See http://www.dublincore.org/documents/dcmi-terms/

The other element which may be worth adding is isPartOf, which refines
the 'relation' element. AFAIK, the usage would be, for example:

<dcterms:isPartOf rdf:resource="http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/PmWiki" />

This tells us that the resource in question is part of a resource
collection.

For some sites, a 'rights' element, referring to a page with a 
copyright policy, may be required.
