Just prior to beta21 it was pointed out to me that it didn't
seem to make much sense for PmWiki to capitalize letters following
apostrophes -- i.e., [[John's page]] seems better suited as JohnsPage
rather than JohnSPage.  However, it didn't occur to me that it would
have an impact on the French pages, such that [[Suivi d'auteur]]
would now become SuiviDauteur instead of SuiviDAuteur.  Sorry about
that.

Any suggestions?  I think I'd prefer to keep the current 
interpretation (where apostrophes don't automatically capitalize
what follows), but we can look into alternatives.  What would be
the "natural" capitalization in French?
