[Pmwiki-users] Groupheader page moving from 1v to 2v

Hi all,
I upgraded in these days from 1v to 2v, all seems well but I got a
problem that I'm not able to fix.
All the customized markups in GroupHeader page are still there and
work well but they are also visible in the top of every page. Just in
the top but not inside the page itself.

How can I fix this problem?
