[pmwiki-users] Make URLs not case sensitive?

Okay, I think you're likely to end up with the same answer I have, but
I'm going to play this one out just to make sure.

1.  If I have a link to a non-existent page that reads [[my Photoshop page]],
    then what is:
      - the url that results from following the edit link
      - the page's name (including appropriate case)
      - the case of the title as it appears at the top of that page

2.  If a user creates a new page by entering the url

        http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/css/mystylesheet

    then what case for the pagename has the user specifically entered 
    (i.e., what's the case of the pagename)?
