Actually, it's done on pmwiki.org;  [[Christian-v40]] now correctly
links to 'Christian-v40'.   This will be released in beta20 (hopefully
before the day is out).

Beta20 also no longer uppercases letters following a single quote,
thus [[John's page]] becomes a link to 'JohnsPage' and not 'JohnSPage'.

And lastly, the whole transformation sequence is customizable so that
site administrators can more easily get exactly what they want.
