I have been using $SkinDirUrl/wiki.d for keeping configuration pages
for the skin, with the advice to manually copy them to wiki.d. I used
the name wiki.d for convenience to indicate where these pages should
be. Now that I've learned how to configure this as a page store, which
includes the pages automatically, and no manual copying is necessary,
I believe that wikilib.d is a better name, since it indicates a
library of sort of wiki pages, for which the installing script is
responsible. i think it good to differentiate this to the main wiki.d
directory for all the edited pages. so I am happy to use wikilib.d in
the skin directory, and would find it great to use a
cookbook/wikilib.d for recipies, or/and also
cookbook/myscript/wikilib.d.
And have the convention to reserve the name wiki.d for the
edited/new wiki pages.
