This bug is actually intentional -- PmWiki doesn't accept bare
parentheses in urls.  There were two reasons for this choice; first,
it was felt that in text one might typically expect a paren to
terminate a url, and second, it would be easier to start out by
disallowing them and enabling them later than vice-versa.

However, with the increased popularity of Wikipedia, and the fact
that it tends to have lots of page names with parens in them, we
may want to go ahead and enable parens in urls.

A site admin can do this locally now, by setting:

   $UrlExcludeChars = '<>"{}|\\\\^`[\\]\'';
