okay, I was misinterpreting the current situation where Main.SideBar
is the distribution default, and Main the default group.

If you distribute in future Site.SideBar as default then it has the
one undesired consequence for new wikis which start in the Main
default group to have to include the groupname always in all links in
the sidebar. At present one can built a nice one group wiki without
using groupnames in links. And a one group wiki is the simplest and
easiest structure, so it will appeal to those looking for an easy
setup and not bother with more complex links. well they would need to
set at least $SiteGroup = $DefaultGroup; if that is possible.
