Funny you should say that. I just reorganized the Cookbook page by 
adding a few smaller categories and alphabetizing the entries. Somebody 
had put the AdminTools section in a table and since that looked clean I 
went ahead and did that to the remaining sections. I also added a Table 
of contents to the top of the page.

I'm not sure if moving the list into smaller pages is the ideal answer. 
As you said before, scrolling isn't that hard to do. With the TOC, you 
don't need to break the list into smaller pages. Just click on the area 
you want.
