I've become quite addicted to the use of the TOC recipe (pagetoc.php).
It seems a ready solution to situations where you have pages that are
long. For those not familiar, it uses the two highest heading types it
finds on that page and builds it into a two-level TOC.

Is is suitable for it to find its way into PmWiki's core?
