[pmwiki-users] cannot upload files with beta 39

Hello,

 I don't know why it is not working, since I followed the usual 
instructions.

remote diagnostics enabled
password: secret
upload limit is set to 500kb

I want to upload files but I am not allowed to.
Help and hints are appreciated very much so.
