[pmwiki-users] cannot upload files with beta 39

It's definitely not a space. It displays a little box on my Mozilla, 
which means "this is a character that the font doesn't have a glyph for".

Copying and pasting from Mozilla, Mozilla Source View and Mozilla DOM 
Inspector always returned the string truncated before that character. 
That's a most unusual behavior - usually copy&paste doesn't care much 
about the contents that it's moving around.
A *very* strange effect in Mozilla Source View is that a few characters 
after that box, one of the characters has a diagonal slash through it.

Internet Explorer just ignores the character: it doesn't show it, and 
copies&pastes as if there were no character at that point.

My best bet is that it's a NULL character, but I haven't been able to 
confirm that.
