Umlauts are illegal in anchor names. That's a restriction of HTML: the
anchor name becomes part of the URL, and URLs are restricted to 7-bit ASCII.
You can URL-encode the umlauts, but that doesn't make much sense since
all places where the URL would be displayed (wiki text, browser address
bar) will usually display just the raw text.
(BTW the same applies to directory and file names. I find that
unfortunate myself.)
