[pmwiki-users] in ?action=attr "clear" does not work

This oddity catches everyone once! Setting a site-wide password does not 
actually put the password onto every page.

Going to a page and entering "clear" in the edit attr only removes a 
page-specific password. What you want to do is enter "nopass", which will 
override the site-wide edit password on that page only.
