[pmwiki-users] config.php file --- which one?

It would simply execute a sequence of tests of known configuration
issues and make suggestions about ways to improve the configuration.

For example, it would check to make sure that attempts to read
wiki.d/ properly fail, it would report on any files/directories
that have overly permissive permissions, it would make sure the
config.php file is in the correct place, etc.

It's just something that can start small and be added to as
new issues are identified. Since it's a script that would be
activated only when someone specifies ?action=analyze, it wouldn't
add a lot of overhead to the standard execution.
