[pmwiki-users] FireFox cache problem

I have seen this often enough now to be sure it happens but not able to duplicate it and am wondering if it is something unique to my computer or has anyone else seen it.

Problem..
Using FireFox 1.0 , even with Cache turned off in PmWiki, sometimes, and not very often, a page that has just has some change made that should show up, still shows up with the previous content/format.    I have had to go into FireFox and clear the cache and cookie.   
If I am ever able to recreate this I will be sure to let you know but.... anyone else seen this?

I know I can turn off the cache in FireFox but I thought the setting in the wiki prevented caching.
