[pmwiki-users] Preview Buttons missing

Dear list participants,

 

we did some customizations to the PMWiki code in order to enable
SingleSignOn with another application! Now the "Preview" and "Reset" Buttons
as well as the text describing the TextFormattingRules and the Minor Edit
box have gone from the Edit form! 

 

I tried using another template that has a custom edit form but that did not
help!

 

Does anyone have an idea what could cause this error?
