Jeez... with that many pages I hope you considered using some other tool
than the browser's edit form for editing pages... When I migrated lots of
pages to wiki.lyx.org I wrote a special emacs mode just [1] for editing
pmwiki pages, have a look:

[1] It was also rather fun. In addition, since I'd recently finished my
