It's entirely possible that the first set of mailposts sent out after
upgrading to 2.0.0 will have errors in them, due to a change in the
way the .mailposts file is stored, but after the first set they
should be working correctly again.

It's worth pointing out that because of the confusion regarding
the way MailPosts is configured (and the desire to easily have 
per-group and per-page mailposts) there's a good chance that the 
mailposts script will be largely redesigned in a future release 
(in a way that is compatible with existing configurations).
