[pmwiki-users] WPCategories, headers showing twice

[Spare Room]

I have installed FastBackLinks and WPCategories.
On the category index pages (ie Category/Excel Help) I am getting the 
heading at both the top and bottom of the page.
ie:
Articles in category "Excel Help"
Excel /
DropDownLists
DropDownLists-RemovePreviouslyUsedItems
ExcelIndex
Articles in category "Excel Help"

How can I remove te bottom "header"?
