"Message has implicit destination" means that the mailing list
server is receiving the message, but it doesn't see the mailing
list itself mentioned in the "To:" or "Cc:" lines. In the most
recent instance, the message headers looked like (excerpted here):
Message-ID: <4328E3A7.9060907 at aslandata.com>

Since the mailing list didn't see its address listed in a "To:"
or "Cc:" header, it put the message on hold until a moderator (me)
can look at it.
Is there some sort of setting that is causing your mail program to
put the mailing address in a blind-carbon-copy, or otherwise forgetting
to set the "To:" header...?

Oops, my fault -- sorry about that! Normally mailman sends me a
message when there are messages needing moderator approval, but
for some reason it hasn't been sending me those messages, so I
didn't know there were moderated messages needing approval. I'll
double-check the mailing list configuration to try and prevent
this in the future...
