[pmwiki-users] PageList Templates Recipe

I have created a recipe that allows authors to define the
layout of a pagelists output using a wiki page template.

I have also included some sample template formats including
simulations of the basic three formats, simple, byGroup
and group here:

(You will note one reason why I wanted to surpress the 
pesky '?' for certain non-existing pages, mainly 
Group.HomePages that don't exist)

I will be uploading some more template examples as I create
them, I am feeling creative. :)  I will probably attempt to
implement all of the other pagelist recipes using
templates.  If any of those authors would like to help I
could probably fufill their intent better.
