[pmwiki-users] Preview button doesn't do anything

Normally the preview appears beneath the edit form (and below the
edit quick reference).  Scroll down a bit to see it.

You can move the preview to the top by editing the Site.EditForm page 
on your site and changing the location of the (:e_preview:) directive.

Unfortunately HTML and HTTP aren't sophisticated enough to allow 
previewing in a separate window -- at least not without quite a 
bit of JavaScript support.
