Newbie alert! How to create categories so that when somebody 
clicks on the category, it will show all the pages for that category?

I have looked at: http://pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/Categories

It states:

The second step in setting up Categories is to modify the 
behavior of pages in the Category group so that they will display 
a list of all pages containing links to Category.Subject. This is 
relatively simple to do:

    1. Open the page Category.GroupFooter for editing
    2. Add the line (:pagelist link=Category.{$Name} list=normal:)
    3. Save the edits

This will cause the footer on every page in the Category group to 
display a list of links to pages that reference that page in the 
category group.

1. I don't have a page Category.GroupFooter or 
Category.GroupHeader. What the format for it?

2. Instead of having it in the footer, I'd like to have these 
categories in the sidebar.
