[pmwiki-users] Styling a site

Hi

Hopefully a simple question! I want to style the wiki site to look like 
the main site:
<http://www.lostwithiel.org.uk/>

I have been reading the help notes but I don't think I fully 
understand. What files do I need to build a design. I can see I need a 
.tmpl and also a .css file. It also says I need a php file. What do I 
need to place in the php file please?
