Disclaimers like this one can annoy people.

It's a way to say "hey, we're too dumb to make sure that our email 
always goes to the right destination, so we burden everybody else with 
cleaning up after our mess".
That "prohibited" word is particularly annoying. If I get to see 
information that you didn't want me to see, that's your problem, not 
mine - and I can pretty d**n well do as I wish with it. If a 
person/entity runs around and prohibits things, that's assuming an 
authority over me that it simply doesn't have, and such pretentiousness 
awakens a very stubborn, belligerent streak in me.

(I know that such disclaimers are more often due to corporate idiocy 
than to personal ideas, so I usually don't hold grudges against people 
who carry such a disclaimer in their mails. Nonetheless I'm annoyed.)
